Three Dots and a Dash

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. aged agricole rum

  • 1/2 oz. demerara rum

  • 1/2 oz. lime juice

  • 1.2 oz. orange juice

  • 1/2 oz. honey syrup

  • 1/4 oz. pimento dram

  • 1 dash bitters

  • 3 maraschino cherries

  • 1 pineapple spear

Directions

  • pour ingredients in shaker

  • shake vigorously with crushed ice

  • pour unstrained

  • garnish with cherries and pineapple on a cocktail pick
